Our business prides itself on giving all our customers as much information as they want. We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing and show what is included in all the offers published. We as a company do not charge any administration fees, document fees or arrangement fees. Some of the finance providers we use DO charge an administration fee, often referred to as a document fee on the 1st monthly installment. Unfortunately we cannot influence or control this policy, however we will advise any customer before ordering if the finance company in question charge a document fee and what that fee will be in order for our customer to know as soon as possible what exactly is included in the contract.
