All new vehicles include a full UK manufacturers warranty as standard and at least 12 months roadside assistance and recovery. Additional years breakdown cover with the AA or RAC can be added to the contract if required.

For complete peace of mind you can add a full maintenance package for the length of your contract for a fixed monthly fee which is built into your monthly rental. A maintenance package often minimises you're service and maintenance costs saving you money throughout the length of your contract.

All maintenance packages include full routine servicing, replacement tyres and other repair costs that might be required for the length of your contract. To keep you on the road throughout the year we can offer a relief vehicle as an extra option whilst your leased car is being maintained or repaired. You can specify to receive a vehice immediatly or after 24/48 hours. A like for like replacement vehicle can also be specified in the contract.

What happens in the event of a breakdown?

All vehicles include at least 12 months breakdown cover from the manufacturer although many manufacturers now offer 3 years cover free of charge. Within the vehicle book pack there will be an emergency number to contact day or night.

What happens if my windscreen is damaged?

Unfortunately glass replacement is not included in maintenance packages.

What if i need an MOT?

Pleas call the maintenance contact number provided to arrange booking your vehicle in for an MOT.

What happens when i need my vehicle serviced or repaired?

If you included maintenance in your contract you will receive a maintenance contact number from your finance company from which you can book the vehicle ito a local approved garage. Upon request, you may also be able to request free vehicle collection and delivery.
